At my first visit (2006), Sam made me feel like I was family. I was so impressed with his customer service and reasonable prices that, at the first sign of trouble with either one of my cars, there was no question;Sam was the first place that i took them to. I highly recommend Sam for any one’s car service needs.

I have used this shop several times over the last year for a couple of different vehicles. It started with getting my Ac fixed on my BMW, Then I had to have a new fuel pump installed in a suburban. They did that job just as they said they would with no surprises. I have found their prices to be outstanding and the quality of the work to be outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

I had called this shop years ago for a minor issue with another vehicle and they helped me trouble shoot over the phone. Never even had to bring it in! We recently took our truck in for a rear brake job and were really pleased. The shop is clean and comfortable and the techs are friendly and professional. We have an ASE Certified Master Mechanic in the family so we had been taking our vehicles to his shop but the trek to West Phoenix is not always practical. We are as comfortable bringing our vehicles to ASE Auto Tech as we are taking them to our own brother-in-law. Honest, trustworthy, reasonable…what more can I say? They are our East Valley Mechanics from now on!

We have had Sam repair several of our vehicles as well as our son. We have had quick service with a reasonable price. Always happy with their work as well as their attitude. Will always use their shop for our repairs.

I thought my Tahoe was in need of brakes, I left it with them and gthey called me an hour later saying that I would NOT need brakes for at least 20,000 miles. Any other “brake shop” would have called me and said I would need rotors turned too so just write a check for 700 and she’ll be as good as new :-) ASE Auto Tech is the HOLY grail of honesty!!!

Sam’s has been repairing my vehicles for the last several years. They are “Good Guy’s”! They will diagnose the problem and give an estimate with a smile. Work is done professionally and will even give you are ride home. If it’s a diesel truck, a passenger car or an RV they can get it done. Daniel might even buy you lunch or help you find your cat.
